I wanted to take time out to say thank you to Donna. I appreciate the time that she spent with me reviewing my chart. Most often doctors come in and out within 10 minutes. I felt like I mattered to her as a new patient. Donna was very informative & professional. I felt good about my visit. Just wanted to say thank you.

Doctor doesn’t seem to care, was in for my annual physical. I waited 30 minutes in the exam room and he spent all of 5 minutes with me. Nursing staff were all complaining about how much they hate working there.

Dr Nunez and his Team are like family and they care about you as family.
It be hard to find a more experienced intelligent Doctor and Team than Dr Nunez and the entire team at Grayhawk Medical Group! I highly recommend you consider joining the family and be well cared for by Dr Nunez as your PCP!

Easy to talk with. Asks questions and listens to my answers. I also find her answers to my questions are thoughtful and based on her education and experience. I left feeling I had gotten a good physical and can contact her if things change. Thanks Donna

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. I have gone here for years and never had an experience like this before. I went for a physical. She rushed through the appointment, only asked me questions that the computer made her answer. She never even asked me “how are you feeling?” Or “Do you have any concerns”. Anything I asked about was dismissed and we moved on to the next question on the computer. When I received my labs back I had to reach out and ask why important items weren’t even tested like iron, folate, vitamin D, B12 -when I had asked for the full make up of my bloodwork. They told me because those items aren’t normally tested on a physical. I have insurance and was willing to pay for whatever additional items weren’t covered. How would someone know what to test for if they don’t listen or even ask the patient questions. I tried to tell her about symptoms I was having- fatigue, light headed, high heart rate, and joint pains. It was all dismissed but instead was asked if I have smoke detectors in my house. I felt invisible, uncared for, and I was very upset when I left. When the appointment was over she just walked out and didn’t even say goodbye. I had to ask, do I go get my blood done now? They lady that took my blood was very nice though. She was new and very friendly. I don’t know what happened here but it’s not the same. It was a waste of my time and my insurance. I won’t be going back.

first time in there office. His folks were kind and courteous and saw the doctor in a timely fashion. Dr Nunez did not rush me through spent the time to address all of my concerns and they drew blood onsite which was nice. Dr Nunez seems very competent and thorough. Little bit of a drive but worth it..

Utilized accurate medical history records, asked numerous questions and provided feedback. Opened conversation on a more personal level elevating confidence for care and concern. When he was unable to answer specific questions he provided a written referral to a trusted specialist. My new prescription confirmation was available when I left the office. Good job Doctor!
